K+ Broth

Medications frequently don't completely break down in our bodies. As a result our livers can be challenged by these residuals in their attempts to cleanse our bodies. I recommend a broth that's sort of like chicken soup - without the chicken. I've had this recipe work well to help people get over hangovers too.

1 qt. of purified water

1 large can of tomato juice

1 cup of chopped celery

1 cup of chopped carrots

1/4 cup of chopped onions

1/4 cup of fresh parsley

Boil the ingredients for 15 minutes and then strain out the vegetables (they are great to eat too, but don't leave them in the broth - they get too mushy). Salt and pepper to taste. Drink one hot cup of broth with each meal until it's gone. 

When you feel tired, lethargic, disoriented and in other ways like you're getting sick try pulling yourself out of it with this recipe. You'll be nicely surprised by how much it brightens you up.
